In Kirkland, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Washington, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

Great manual car wash (didn't try the auto). Lots of options that all worked. It took me a minute to understand the payment as instructions aren't clear, but it works well.

Touchless wash machine malfunctioned and wouldn’t rinse my car, leaving my car in soap and dirt. No one answers the assistance line, and they don’t return calls and no refunds from the owner. Basically a scam.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this car wash in Kingsgate, Kirkland. This is now my third time coming here, and unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. On my first visit, I attempted to pay four times, and each time the pressure wash system failed to work while still charging my card. Thinking it was just one machine, I moved to another bay and tried two more times, but the same issue happened again — I was charged, and nothing worked. Now I’ve returned the next day specifically to request a refund. It’s currently 10:00 AM, and there is no staff on site to assist. I’ve tried calling multiple times with no response. Last night, I was told someone would follow up with me today, but so far, no one has reached out. If this is a 24-hour car wash, there should be reliable equipment and accessible customer support. Right now, it feels like customers are left without any help when something goes wrong. At this point, I just want a refund for the charges and hope management improves both the equipment reliability and customer service. Otherwise, it’s hard to trust or recommend this place.

They have self service It is open 24/7 They also have hands free carwash machine. I did not like the management or owner behavior because he approached me and said to leave before calling the cops. I found it very rude and inappropriate. I am not sure what his issue was but he acted very abnormal and irrelevant. Overall it is a good place for regular carwash. I will never go back because the way they treated me.

Easy to locate. Across the street from McDonald's. THEY TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!! SWEET. One more thing drying towels are located on the street side of the carwash bays along with other detailing items. There is a small fee of around 1 to 2 dollars per item. I suggest using the towels after washing vehicle to make sure you have a good finish when completed.
